Al-Mustaqbal University (MU), established in 2010 in Babylon Province's Hilla, Iraq, is a private institution that has rapidly emerged as a significant player in higher education. College of engineering and technologies is one of the colleges in Al-Mustaqbal University that consists of engineering department and technical engineering department. The college of engineering consists of Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Industries Department, Biomedical engineering department in addition to Intelligent Medical Systems Department. The technical engineering college are devoted into four departments which they are air conditioning and refrigeration, computer, building and construction and medical instrumentation. College of engineering and technologies had so many published articles in the Scopus/ISI journals as it had outstanding researchers in the field of sustainable energy and buildings, HVAC systems, heat transfer and fluid flow, communications and computer sciences etc.
The conference will technically be sponsored by Trans Tech Publication Ltd Conference Proceedings. All of the accepted papers will be uploaded to the publisher which their decision (accepted/rejected) is based upon the scientific quality and the topics related to the tracks of the conference. The rapid growth of the innovative sustainable energy resources has generated the necessity to exchange and transfer the recent research, data, and technical information through the globe. Energy represents one of the substantial life needs for all the human beings. Until today, most people have no access to energy which restricts the opportunity to become part of national and global development. Sustainable development Goal as set by the UN general assembly, aims to correct the enormous imbalance by ensuring everyone has access to affordable, reliable, and modern energy services by the year 2030. ICFSE 2025 will take place on October 22-23 / 2025 at Al-Mustaqbal University, Iraq. MU has gained several recognitions related to the long-term adoption of innovative and novel research trends relevant to the sustainable and renewable energy though the advanced positions that UOMUS has achieved in many international world rankings such as THE impact and UI green metric. These achievements have implied more national and international collaborations to reach the edge of sustainable and affordable energy.
To pave the way forward to the sustainable energy transition, improve intersectoral collaboration and connect academia with policymakers. Also, the conference will give the chance to form a joint power for an interconnected goal for a secure and competitive energy future.
The aim of conference to create a platform for researchers to discuss efficient, coherent, and coordinated ways of developing new and renewable energy resource of the region and providing access to all and to capture the substantial role that clean energy technology plays in addressing many challenges. This conference will build a coherent sustainable network of relationships among budding researchers, innovator, industry professionals and the academics.

ICFSE 2025 accepts manuscripts of various researches from both inside and outside Iraq.
All the researches subject to a peer review where the researches are classified as follows:
All manuscripts submitted for consideration of publication in the ICFSE 2025 must not have been published or accepted for publication elsewhere
All manuscripts submitted for publication in this journal must be printed via Microsoft Word 2010 system or above and they must not exceed 10 pages including all tables and figures and indexes.
Nomenclature, a list of symbols should be included in the submission directly after the abstract.
Tables and Figures must be embedded into the text and not supplied separately.
Within the Introduction, at least ten previously published papers need to be described.
Time to First Action: 7 Day.
Review Time: 40 Days.
The submitted paper will be reddening by the scientific committee of ICFSE 2025 to determine the paper field and then sent to two peers to review in the same paper field.
The reviewers (Analysis, Comments, Correcting) the paper.
The paper will be sent to the researcher again to modify it according to the reviewer’s evaluation and answer them.
When resubmitting your REVISED manuscript, please carefully consider all issues mentioned in the reviewers' comments.
Outline every change made a point by point, and provide suitable rebuttals for any comments not addressed.
Provide a letter responding to the reviewer's comments and summarizing any changes made. (Letter format example here)
Also, highlight any changes made within the manuscript, preferably in red color for the first reviewer and blue color for the second reviewer.
